Township Office Nonpartisan Candidates

TOWNSHIP OFFICE FILING REQUIREMENTS. Filing Deadline: July 16, 2026, by 4:00 PM at your local township office. Candidates Without Political Party Affiliation. Candidates ONLY appear on the November 3rd, 2026 Ballot. Affidavit of Identity and mark no party affiliation. 9-30 Signatures on Qualifying Petition forms. Township Qualifying Petitions Form. Statement of Organization for Campaign Finance. Deadline for candidates without political party affiliation seeking 168.590c partisan offices to file qualifying petitions and Affidavit of Identity for the November general election. Withdrawal deadline elapses at 4:00 PM on July 20.
